What We Do
The Unwell Foundation supports organizations making mental health more accessible to women who need it most. We know that community is at the heart of healing—helping people feel seen, supported, and never alone.
We believe that women deserve mental health support that recognizes their specific experiences—whether it’s coping with the impact of abuse, navigating the pressures of adolescence, or managing mental health during pregnancy and motherhood. When we show up for each other, we don’t just change lives—we empower women and girls to heal, thrive, and lead the way for future generations.
